If, in the unfortunate event your child is ill but can still attend school, we are able to administer appropriate medicine to the child providing we have written permission from parents / carers.

Fill in the form and return it to the office along with the medicine and it will be administered by an appropriate member of staff.

 

Please remember that should your child have a stomach bug (including episodes of diahorrea and / or vomiting), they are to remain off school for 48 after the last bout of illness.
