I am now in my fouth year at Olveston and I am really looking forward to teaching Year 5.

Before teaching I was a manager in various hotels and restaurants, I then completed my PGCE at Bath Spa in 2015 having studied for my original degree in geography at Liverpool. I am from Bath originally and went to school in Wiltshire but now live in Bristol with my girlfriend and my dog. Before I went to university I taught in a rural school in Kenya and briefly in Peru though I love teaching in the friendly, safe and beautiful setting of Olveston where I have really got to know the people and community of this wonderful village.

 

Outside of school I love cycling and watching football; I’ve been supporting Bristol Rovers since I was 7 and now I’m stuck with them!
